We should be able to disenchant ultimate/epic skin shards in to RP

Got the miss fortune ultimate skin, skin looks very good, but the champion isn't the best so i thought why couldn't players disenchant Epic/ultimate skin shards in to 50% of RIOT points, atleast i could buy a skin / champion i like.

Hmm that could be an interesting thing to take place of the orange essence, this would just be the same thing as the disenchanting champ shards for BE. Except you would be disenchanting skin shards to get RP.
