Adc isn't the easiest role by any means. I find there's a lot more it just clicking the people on the screen. If that's all you think it is, you're playing the game wrong :

I know support isn't easy to play. But when you put it up against the roles I personally think it is the least challenging. Yes, I do know support isn't just place wards and look pretty, so don't take what I am saying the wrong way.

If I had to give an order to most challenging roles I think it'd be:

Jungle ADC Mid Top Support

Junglers have to worry about way more things than a laner has to. They have to worry about keeping up in exp and gold for themselves, keeping their laners relevant in the game, and taking objectives. That's more than any other role I can say.

ADC is high on my list because it takes a lot of mechanical skill to be a good ADC.

There is no such thing as an easy role in this game. If I'm going to be honest, I would say that top lane is the easiest. Not to detract from the difficulty that top lane brings, ofcourse. There's just no such thing as an easy role. ADCs are always going to be public enemy number 1 to the opponent, and do require good positioning to not just feed horribly.
