Nerf Abyssal Scepter. GOD TIER ITEM

simply put, nerf abyssal scepter. Just played teemo top into rumble and there was 0 i could do. 0. Once he came back to lane with negatron cloak i did no damage to him. I rushed boots to get some pen and he came back with a full scepter. Once he had that i did no damage. My only option would be to rush a void staff but that is not a real option. That item is simply too strong and needs to just be removed from the game. You shouldnt get Defensive stats, AP, AND PEN all in one item. That is why they changed maw to no longer give armor pen. They need to do the same with abyssal. = op
