Massive frame drops(abnormal)

before any one says update your drives my drivers are up to date. Every time I aa a tower or just put my mouse over a tower,baron,dragons, and other objective type things I just get massive fps drops I even uninstalled the game and re installed it; nothing happened. It also happened when I hit minions but my fps drops to just 30 when doing that. My game usually runs at 80 fps no problem but sometimes this randomness occurs. All help is appreciated as you know we have almost less than a week to get out what ever elo you want to get out of. [sg-janna]
