Please don't laugh at me but... I seriously suck at this game?

You see, how horrible I am on League of legends sometimes. I got 3/14/0 on my KD and I sometimes feel like I wanna quit my career and play Roblox instead. My main champion is Illaoi and the reason I can't get any hits that well is due to flipping' lag. Sometimes I spam click R but don't get any response on it. Than we have that as I try to ultimate I get killed instantly at times. And if you say I have been feeding, HECK NO! There are multiple issues, and I always try to improve but sometimes some champions are ANNOYING especially Soraka against mine. Or even Ashe. Man, I can't seem to avoid their attacks and I usually try to escape them.

What do I do? I have no other hope left, I do get good games but mostly bad games as well. The worst KD is 0/13/0. The reason I have posted this is that I want some advice on how to improve my game. Sometimes people feed the champions too which makes the game even worse. God, what do I do? I want to become a good player but with the hecking lag? Issues? Random weird delays?

My best KD is: 10/1/2 and it's been one of the most epic games I have ever played. Quadra-kill and Tripple's for fun. But now? Can I really achieve this? Seriously? All this stupid lag and ability delayings. (Not cooldowns, it's just abilities not initiating when I want them to) I am a fairly new player at the level of 23. Seriously thoo! The lag and all of this is just ruining every single game I have. So, it takes practice to become a good champ. But...I can't achieve that anymore, can I?

for illaoi you want to position always as close to a tentacle as possible if you can hit an E right next to an existing tentacle you can focus all your damage on the champion and your tentacles will hit both the ghost and the champion

think of it like this

Your spells deal 100% by themselves If you only hit the ghost they deal between 30 and 60% based on E level if you hit both your spells deal 130-160% based on E level

the damage difference between your tentacles hitting the ghost and the champion and just the ghost is insane this is how sometimes illaoi absolutely butt blasts someone and sometimes barely does any damage

stay around tentacles and focus on hitting the Es it makes counterplay completely non optional also if they do decide to fight you when you hit your E and you have tentacles around always focus the champion instead of the ghost try to hit both but never focus the ghost over the champion when you have the choice

No! You aren't suck just you need to learn how to play. I was like you when I was new just feeding in the most of games then it gets better! ^^ Even got a ban because of this; https://prnt.sc/r5f9ol [sg-zephyr] https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/match/euw/3786144440#participant8 It is kinda matchmaking's fault giving you this kind of experienced opponents. Worried a lot after this ban but now I'm even better than these players in that game.
