What is this new surrender vote box?

Okay seriously, enough is enough.

What was so wrong with the old surrender feature that you had to not only increase it to maximum size, but also make it unmovable? It doesn't go away when you vote, so it just sits there blocking a huge chunk of the right of your screen, and then to make matters worse you disable moving it.

I'm on a 4k monitor and the surrender box popping up effectively means that the right third of my screen is unusable. This is actually going to cause people to die. The Hud scale features do nothing to change this, even though they were working before this patch.

What logic did you have behind this? If I don't want to surrender, I have every right not to do so, If I don't want to vote on incessant surrender pop ups from the tilted vayne on my team, I should be able to drag it off screen. You forcing this upon us just goes to show how disconnected Riot is from it's playerbase yet again.

Also, goodjob half-assing it on the morde VFX's. /s

What are you talking about? The new surrender button is so small on my screen I can barely read it. They made it smaller, not bigger.

It's absolutely massive on my screen, and changing hud size doesn't change surrender button size. It just happened this patch. Last patch it was fine.

After reinstalling League, I got it to be about half it's size, but it's still huge compared to what I had it before. https://imgur.com/a/CvslJyB

Probably a bug with 4K resolution. Mine too is small, and I have a humble Full HD monitor.

I just came here to say I am mad too cause I can't drag it out of my screen. Actually what we need is an "hide surrender votation" option to set that as default, not cause it's not useful to have a surrender option, but of course I prefer not being able to surrender 1 game out of 50 than deal with /ff spammers every game in the middle of the teamfights. It destroys the game experience even more and IMO is pro-toxicity

When the timer is running out and even though I've already voted, the thing fucking starts flickerting with yes or no options that I can't actually press. And even though I don't have any horrible experience with this new client, from what I've heard many people say about the old to new client re-design, this new surrender box is just as bad. TL;DR, bring the old FF box back, this one's too small and buggy.

Its so glitchy for me, I sometimes vote yes/no and it starts glitching, i.e, 'you have voted yes' while still showing me the option to vote and so 3 different texts overlap

I noticed that, It might honestly be a UI Glitch that they'll have to fix in the next patch. I remember the last time something like this happened, we had to go 2 weeks with a Surrender Box the size of an Eraser (had to squint just to read the text).

Especially annoying when there is a team fight and your tilted team mate dies, so he immediately starts the vote which distracts you from ongoing team fight. Riot Gives toxic players more tools.

The surrender vote was first an eyesore that took up an incredible amount of screen space even after voting yes or no. Now it is so small that it is barely usable?

Looks like we have a "0-22 never surrender!" player on Rito's UI Design Team.

It was too large on my screen last patch, now it's perfect in size.

My dimensions for reference (if it helps at all): Desktop resolution: 1920 x 1080 In-game resolution: 1600 x 900 Windowed Mode

If I or someone else brings up the vote and it fails I move it out of the way because it bothers and my team wants to keep playing.

If they wanted to ff, they would have done it already. Now I can't even do that anymore.

If you ignore it the Yes and No button get abit buggy and you cannot click it but maybe thats just me

Maybe they should have a minimize button at the top right so you can choose to close it or not? I personally do not have a problem with it on screen though coming from a casual player. I have a bigger problem with randomly clicking on the minimap while in a team fight and walking the wrong direction once in a blue moon. But I don't want to remove the ability to click on the map to move either. On another note, I hope they never remove the legacy cursor as an option because the new one is just weird and disorienting to me.

I'm 'okay' with both cursors but I like the new one more. However, I bet I could stop doing that minimap thing you described if only I could either edit the color of the cursor or use my own cursor skin. It doesn't stand out enough regardless of which cursor it is.

"Just okay is not okay" is a new commercial meme and for me, that's what the cursor is.

I totally agree. I dont like to FF unless the score is 3 - 15. And it's really annoying having to play while 1 person spam FF every 3min. I actually wanted an option in setting to remove FF votes. And now I can't even drag it out of my vision. I actually quit league for a week because I got tilted by seeing that stupid FF vote. Please riot. Make FF vote = moveable, so I can drag it out of my screen.

Can only agree. Fuckin Rioters get dumber by the day. Absolutely distracting feature, and griefing team mates have already started figuring out how annoying it is. I dont want to see the fuckin surr vote, you pieces of trash. I can read the shit in chat. I dont need it. Problem is that you think everyone is just as stupid as you are. Team of idiots.
