REMOVE THIS PIECE OF SHIT RUNE! How is it balanced that we have champions like Lissandra just completely shitting on any assassin in the game because she can press W and get 150 armor and MR. How is it balanced when a Sejuani could get 400 armor and MR from proccing aftershock at level 1? Come on guys, this shit has existed for far too long and gives the equivalent of over 5000 gold in stats. Nothing comes even REMOTELY close. However, you decide to focus on conqueror instead. You are the most pathetic balance team in history of gaming.

V7.22 Added Resolve Keystone rune. Passive: Immobilizing an enemy champion grants 20 (+ 30% armor) bonus armor and 20 (+ 30% magic resistance) bonus magic resistance for 2.5 seconds. After the duration, you release a shockwave that deals 40 − 140 (based on level) (+ 3.5% of your maximum health) magic damage to nearby enemy champions and monsters. Cooldown: 20 seconds.

Well what do you want riot to do players didn't like when it scaled with resistances so set value was the only other option.

Maybe rant at those that wanted super defense without having to invest in it. The damage ratios on it are my only issue, let it's damage only scale with hp and make it not such a generalist rune choice.

one of lissandra's issues comes up with this. She is good at defense and bad at offense

most mages can engage her safely beyond her W's distance. In addition, she is built to function more as a mage-like tank than mage, making her not an optimal pick for assassins to play against in the first place

we can compare her to a similar kit: Chogath, who can also function mid, and the main difference is base stats, but she has to compensate somewhere when her abilities are reliable

chogath focuses on raw stats and lissandra focuses on reliable abilities

I do agree that aftershock is overtuned, but currently it is a fringe case with minimal use. Conquerer was a wide-spread problem and will probably continue to be until its issues are changed, hence the point of changes

as for your remark around sejuani, I am not sure why you say that she has 400 in defenses. instead, due to her passive, it's more around 20 - 30 bonus gained from aftershock for a total of 90 - 150

Yeah let's take the plunge and remove the game's only defence keystone (outside of Guardian which needs a teammate to function), the last bastion of all solo defensive playstyle.

Stop asking for rune/item nerfs when 1-2 champs are abusing it. Change the champ or make the rune melee only.

Looks like someone else had a bad game against a Lissandra. Lemme find that tiny violin... I know I left it somewhere... Probably be easier to find, if it wasn't so tiny...

Although you are not wrong about Aftershock you cannot deny the fact that Conqueror is a problem.

They are both a problem and they should fix them.
