I love the lore and theme around kindred. She/He is being of death that wants to chase down their prey. Currently her kit needs a tune up because currently, no matter how you slice it she is the weakest ranged character in the game by a very LARGE margin. When you "nerfed" them you took away a lot of the early damage by making it so that after killing 8 of her passive she will be normal again and anymore after 8 kills she will be better. However her first 5 are somewhat easy as long as you dont have a map aware jungler on the enemy team who would immediately contest her with the scuttle crab and ENEMY jg camps. Even if you get those first 5 you have still get at least 3 SELECTED enemy kills just to be "normal". I'm not saying give her HUGE buffs (except for her base AD i mean reallY? 65 base at lvl 11? Sona has more) Just change 1 thing about her passive. How champion kills effect her passive. Instead of making it a selected champion, you could maybe do something like with rengar where its just kill all 5 unique champs and get Max stats from your passive, maybe cap it at 10% of current health per atk. Or Rid of the select the champ to chase mechanic and just make it so that any KILL(not assists) improves her passive.

Any thoughts?

I think ANY kill would be overloaded and currently, her 'choice' passive is a very powerful psychological tool as well as infinite scaling is really strong, making her champion hunts successes give more % health damage at a set number of hunts 3rd - 7th stack (play with the numbers) making her stronger mid into late game would be better, because currently, she has a garbage early -- mediocre mid game then once late game comes she is barely decent because of ult and begin to do damage, think Kayle
