Any Plans for Da Rat?

Been playing a Lot of games with him lately. He Stinks. Literally.

So Twitch is becoming my favorite ADC (Even though I'm Trash at that Position)

- "I hear you're trash! Bow before your king!"

Really, I feel as if Twitch isn't as strong as other ADC's (And I don't think it takes ADC Mains to tell you that)

Lets talk about Twitch's Weaknesses He doesn't have the Poke or Sustained DPS of other ADC's. He doesn't even have burst Damage . Also He lacks The mobility of Newer ADC's While Having Weaker Peel than Other ADC's .

Twitch Does have a Unique Strength In his Ability to turn into a Spooky And reposition himself before gaining a nice amount of attack speed. Which Combines Great with his ultimate.

It would appear the goal is to apply as many stacks of his passive as you can to get AoE True damage off before picking off targets (in the middle of a grouped team fight)

And in that moment where you pull that off perfectly Twitch feels AMAZING! But there in lies the problem. Should an ADC only be strong at one specific area of the game? Other ADC's seem to shine in multiple phases in multiple areas.

My question is, will Da Rat be seeing any buffs soon?
