Create builds ?
Have they removed the feature to make builds for certain champions on certain maps? I'm wondering because i wanted to make a build for Shaco but I can't find it on the new client. Do I have to boot up the old client?

Yes, they have removed it from the new client. It is still available on the old client, however.
Presuming you mean item sets, they're not available yet in the new client. You can use the old client to make them for now.
At first they just cut it from the new client entirely, but after a lot of community response they have said they will bring it back in the new client eventually. It's not a priority, and it'll probably be only after the new client is fully rolled out for everyone, but it will return eventually.
