Right so...quick stupid question...
Everything for last rank season is set, so you stick with your old tier... Say you just reached another tier, that applies for next season right? so you stick with your last season border and emblem until then?

Whatever border you got from 2015 Season will last all through next season.
If you gain any Rank now during preseason, that won't change your rewards. However, the MMR you get will stay and influence your placement next time.
