Yasuo tornado into fog of war is bugged to be silent, makes no noise when hitting stuff.

I play yasuo a ton and I like to scout enemy camps and brushes with a tornado (charged q). it doesn't give vision but it does make a satisfying WHACK noise if it hits something. This patch changed that and if you don't have vision it will be silent 100% of the time. Please fix asap, it is a huggggge nerf to playing yasuo at the moment.
