When Riot announced the Championship Capsules you would get for leveling up, I was excited because it seemed to be something to help players get more things easier. The issue I noticed the more I got was that it for people who don't own every champion. I own every champion so beside the Blue Essence (which is again only beneficial for those who don't own every champion) I don't gain anything from the Capsules. So my question to Riot is.

Can you do something to "fix" the capsules so that if someone owns every champion they don't get any champion shards? Cause as of this post I'm sitting on three championship capsules and I'm never going to open them if you don't change them.

They say they will have BE sales around twice a year, that's why the price sale is ridiculously high. So you are supposed to save for 6 months and then expend it on the next sale.

The various level up capsules can only contain champs/BE anyway (apart from certain milestone ones), so making them not contain champ shards, they'd just have a bunch of BE, which isn't any better for you.

Level up rewards are essentially the replacement to IP/game as in the old system, so it wouldn't make sense to give special stuff instead of BE since you didn't get special stuff instead of IP before. Although as mentioned there is some bonus cosmetic swag in milestone capsules, so you actually are getting some special stuff you weren't getting before.
