Crazy Idea?

What if we got rid of Rift and instead had Dragon switch pits every time it dies till its time for Baron to spawn. Makes top lane kinda important sometimes instead of never so you cant just ignore it.

Idk if its a good idea but hell, has to be better than its current state. I just want top to matter.

EDIT Could keep rift and have it swap but i honestly don't see the point of rift.
