My team was Lux mid, Swain top, Panth jungle, Vayne me and Thresh bottom. Can people please learn to pick halfway descent characters and understand team composition? Like how do you expect to win that ranked?

If Panth built tanky, then you've got two tanks, two ways to start fights; Lux and Swain to peel for Vayne, and a stun on Pantheon, a potential one on Vayne.

Is it ideal? Not really, but it isn't the worst team composition ever. If Swain gets a little tanky as well, then you've got a decent-ish front line. Would need to know pick order to see who may have made the selfish pick.

Most people don't pick for team comp in solo queue. You have to be really high elo for that to happen more often than never. People pick what they are good at, and it works as often as it doesn't. If you're in the lower tiers and see people try to make a team comp that complements each other, they usually don't have the knowledge to do that anyway.

If you want the team to pick around a comp and ban what counters it like the game is meant to be played, you don't want to play solo queue you want to play on a Ranked 5v5 Team.
