New Game Mode. "All In!!!"

I was thinking about a quick game mode that wouldn't waste alot of time but would be fun to play. So all In is a game mode were you would still pick 2Team and so. Bans and all that stuff. But when you are in Game. You are basically lv18 Instantly so u have all your skills maxed. You would be locked in a small spot like that one Game mode no-one plays with the 5Objectives. After 10S or so. Maybe 45seconds(Depends if people make a plan they have more time to talk about what to do.) So!!! You would get X amount of Gold and be able to buy all 6Items. Once the time runs out you and the enemy team(both full build) run at each other trying to Ace the other team. It would be like Best out of 3 or 5. The arena should only be a decent circle very small tho. Just so there is enough space to dodge skills and run around but you would be forced to team fight.
