New Heimer Builds (Patch 7.10)

So with all these changes to The Donger, I think it's safe to say that there are a few more build paths available to the little genius. I just tried a game with CDR cap and lich bane and it actually worked alright. With only a 4 second cd on my rockets and I think it was a 7 second cd on my grenade I got the proc off quite often, especially with turrets no longer autonomously targeting champions and actually needing a AA or spell to land in order to acquire targets.
