meddler will not sleep at night unless he sees a draven in the LCS running the enemies down like the degenerates they are and axing them down.
Oh I thought the plan was to nerf Irelia.

Thresh nerfs too. The only nerf he had on PBE got reverted. q.q I think a good way to go would be an increased cooldown on his hook since it currently has the shortest cooldown among all hooking champions (Nautilus, Blitzcrank) and stuns for the longest duration as well. Either that or maybe the stun duration should be lowered a bit.
EDIT: When I say lowest cd hook of the three, I mean the fact that Thresh's q cd decreases whenever he lands a hook making it the shortest if he lands a hook. Maybe that is what should be removed instead of an increased cd overall since it seems like a bit of unnecessary power.
Draven is banned every game anyways. But I agree he's overwhelming right now.
so many busted champs that everyone forgot why bans are happening in the first place.
