High level players in low level match ups

Severely imbalances matches. Those runes and masteries make a big difference. Every mission Ive played that has one high rank player in it, they get 20+ kills over everyone else in the mission. Its extremely imbalanced and shouldt even be a thing. The mere fact that I have to post about it is ridiculous.

At the very least, if they are 10 levels above everyone else in the match their masteries and runes should be disabled completely. They should also receive a douche debuff which causes their damage to heal enemy players.

GG LOL... I mean seriously... as a developer, how could you be that stupid?

also when you hit level 20 greater ruins are unlocked witch give them a crazy advantage.
