Focus less on wins and losses, and more on your personal performance.

You mentioned your cs count, that is a perfect way to start.

Don't worry so much about matching the "ideal cs per minute." Just worry about improving on what you did last time.

Even pros are always in need of improving their own cs. It is a never ending struggle, and a big part of the game.

Look at other things in the same way, and think of them more as habits, than something you just have to do to win.

For example, map awareness is huge. Try to remind yourself to check the mini map often.

If you rarely check the mini map, try and get yourself to check it at least once every 2 minutes, then every minute, then every 30 seconds.

30 seconds or more is ideal, because that is the amount of time between minion waves.

Make this a habit, and you should be able to keep a good idea of where your allies and enemies are, and what they are doing.

30 seconds is also roughly the time that it takes most champions to walk from one lane to another. Being mid lane means, if you know there were enemies top or bottom last wave, and they are missing, you might be in danger.

However, this brings me to your next habit, ... ward, ward, ward, for the love of all that is beautiful, ward your ass off lol.

It is not only important for your safety, but for the safety of your team.

And this also gives you and your team information. As I said before, you want to have a habit of checking the mini map often so that you know where your enemies are and what they're doing. The more vision you have, the easier this will be.

Just keep asking yourself, "Did I do better than last game?"

If your answer is commonly "yes", you will improve.

And it is also good to watch your own replays for mistakes.

Look for situations where you died, and go back in the replay a little. Change the fog of war so that you can only see what you would have seen during the game.

Was there something that you could have noticed that might have prevented you from getting caught?

Or, should you have really even been there to begin with?

as far as farming goes - there is an updated table twords the bottom of this page http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Farming

as far as getting better... (i spent 2 years in bronze, so i know the answer to this question may seem... tedious) - find a replay program, (STRONGLY RECOMMEND LoLReplay2.0, however www.replay.gg is just as good for replays) - watch them... nobody is as hard on any other person, as much as you can be to yourself (watch the replays as though you were watching a streamer, go to each one of your deaths... go 1 minute behind each one, up until, find the mistake, remember it, what could you have done differently? learn from it) -

Practice these mechanics to start in a custom game by yourself - Farming (start on easy without runes//masteries - and with easy bots, go up the list each time once you hit 90% by 20 minutes, do this in 10 different games) Looking at the minimap between EACH farm (including the first 3 that the first wave has, this should ONLY be done AFTER mastering 90% at each bot game, do this in 10 differnt games) split pushing (harder early, easier after 30 minutes) - do this in 10 different games landing skillshots (blitzcrank, syndra, lee, warwick, zilean, jayce, start on intermediate with these, as they are the MOST LIKELY to represent real players, though... its not easy to predict real player movement etc) - Land atleast 40 skillshots within the first 20 minutes, Do this in 15 different games Choose 3 champions per position (top, mid, jungle, adc, support) ONLY PLAY THOSE 15 CHAMPIONS, NEVER GO OUTSIDE THOSE...

LAST BUT NOT LEAST: Look at the build orders//path - (i'm going to give you a website for this one too) you should know what your lane opponents MOST DANGEROUS DAMAGE IS - build against it first (are you an AD mid laner against an AP mid laner? if so Hexdrinker is something you should rush if its in your build path) - knowing which items to get when, and whether or not you should sell and item to sustain in a fight longer for either your survival or your team winning the team fight is MANDATORY...
http://www.leagueoflegendsmath.com/ Note: This webpage also has some nifty information about runes, potions (which ones are optimal), i'd recommend reading each link individually... however what you really want is at the top called "item optimizer" click on it and search yourself while your in loading screen - build those items (though the pathing maybe different depending on lane matchups)

Believe me, i get it - but what you need to understand is the cs game - thats 10 games on easy, 10 games on normal, and 10 games on intermediate (and at 10 minutes a game, thats 300 minutes - or 5 hours, and thats JUST to make perfect cs with bots, without having to look at the minimap, add another 5 hours for perfect cs while looking at the minimap between each cs... quickly becoming a 2-3 day learning experience JUST in custom games...) like i said tedious, but NECESSARY TO RANK UP - after 4000 bronze games, i realized one other thing... duo qing, or trio//5's isnt worth it when you can rank up ALL BY YOURSELF... just need the right tools and the right knowledge... (and mostly because bronzies WANT TO STAY IN BRONZE, they dont want to//cant rank up because they dont know wtf they are doing wrong)

hmmmmmm.... what do u advice me to do ? BTW i got out from bronze5 to silver 3 in 3 weeks solo xD but this season i dont know why i cant give me advice to do... please

see i'm the exact opposite - last season i couldnt escape to save my life, but this season i've escaped bronze... honestly if you have done it once you'll do it again, but its more or less about understanding what you've been doing, and doing it more... and more... and more... and more... often

Look at the minimap every few seconds and ask yourself "What is happening, and what can I do with my time to improve my chances of winning" or "what can I trade their actions for"

If they go for a 3 man gank top, don't fucking go up 20 seconds late like all silvers do. Push a lane, take a dragon, get deep wards etc etc

Just focus on mastering one champion. Stay positive and never flame, or just mute everyone and don't speak. Don't expect your team to be good and keep as much vision as you can.
