RYZE IS BAD TO THE CORE NOW?

i know u had issues dealing with ryze over this pass 9 seasons ,but now u have completely ruined him not playable til 16 snare gone mana issues early on much harder than before not to mention the shield and the movement speed nerf change his ulti atleast to be more impactful instead of this sad teleport with no distance u guys are the best at ruining game experience riot thank you ! better focus on buffing broken champs like zoe kled aatrox akali
