Some questions about MMR?

Honestly my questions are pretty simple. I know how MMR works very well. The reason I have a question is because I was hoping to jump from gold 4 to gold 2, which happens with very high MMR. I was thinking my MMR would be over my league, so i may jump a league. The reason I thought my MMR would be high is because out of my past 20 games, I have an 80% win ratio, which is pretty damn high. I am also on a 5 game win streak, after being on MANY win streaks of around 3-4 wins before this. I thought my MMR would be at least gold 3, but it is the average for Gold 4 (1660 MMR). Why is it that my MMR is not high at all?

Riot does not publish your MMR in any way through their data APIs. Sites like LoLKing and OP.GG are literally just making numbers up based on other things they can see, like your W/L and what division you are in.

If you're gaining much more LP for wins than you are losing for losses in your current division, then your MMR is above average for that division and you might skip one or more divisions when you promote.

(1660) is the gold 3 mmr. Getting mmr from websites is not totally accurate because I do not think the mmr calculators add the win streak variable into the equations. To know if you have high mmr usually you gain more lp than you lose. For example a win gives you 25 lp, and a lose makes you lose only 15. This way you get out the league faster.
