I would love to know the reasoning behind this, perhaps you intend to delete this item now?

I was tempted to say that it takes away from her identity when every champ can buy one of her abilities/passive, but that would be me exaggerating because I'm upset. More than anything Janna is known for her ult and nado. Nevertheless this still doesn't feel right at all. I'm sure players wouldn't be happy if Annie had her passive made into an item everyone could buy, or Sivir passive...wait no you've already done that too. Am I missing anyone else that you've done this to?
