I think I know the problem here bro. Wait for it.....wait for it....here it is......you're Bronze 4. Volibear is doesn't do much past B2 and you stop seeing him altogether past Silver. Volibear is broken from B3 and lower because...well....players there are just unimaginably terrible. Like it's disgusting just how bad B5 players really are.
