Just wondering everyone else's thoughts on this, I personally didn't think she needed that much of a buff on her ult when it's was always up anyways. I don't really have a problem with lux in higher elo but I am more concerned about that making a huge impact in lower elo or new players trying to learn the game.

As a Silver player, this is kind of exciting though.
I can't wait for the patch to hit and fight tons of Silver/Bronze Lux in Norms with this new OP buff. Its like a Challenge Mode game. The Yasuo training was getting old. I am fairly sure she is going to be the new spam.
I suspect there will be plenty of fun

15 sec ult cd if you get a kill is super broken, but she might not have gotten the kill with her ult or she might not even land it. Also if she's not ahead and you can keep her shut down she wouldn't be a problem, she gonna have a lot more dmg presence in game though
I honestly think amumus new passive is gonna be more broken then Luxs ult Cd refund.
she will be banned every game
There are far more cancer heros to new players than lux, most new players think melee champs that run you down like Darius/Xin Zhao are the most broken
