I think 
's passive is a little distrubing in the matter that it generates "Momentum" , but keeps them if you stand still. So for like 
or more likely BUSHren it's the perfect item for the slow is pretty decent, too. So maybe if you stand still, the stacks will slowly decaying like slowed, it could be a little less like "i wait in bush for your missstep".
Just my thoughts.

in that the stacks remain. If your concept is that all these items together should lose stacks if you stop moving/attacking/casting, then that's something you could discuss. Currently, does not stand out to me as needing a concept change. Not only that, is already the only item where the bonus can be lost.
