"Best FPS" Option

Dear Riot and Gamers. I dont know if anyone has come up with this and/or riot is already working on it. But, Why isnt there a "best FPS" option in the video settings?

like how many times has someone ever had a team mate or yourself saying: Damn only 20 fps (as example) on lowest settings? well.... probably not that often.... but i think if League of Legends gets a Best FPS setting more people will play this game and keep playing. Some people actually stopped this game bcuz they got like 40 fps in lane phase.

Hope this might come into league :)

If you don't cap your FPS, you will be getting 400fps on a good computer (which does nothing for you by the way) and wastes computer resources to the point where it can cause you to actually lag. Cap at like 60-100fps and you are good. Best just chooses the option that gives you the highest FPS but doesn't cause your computer to have a heart attack.

EDIT: Although if you are running at 120hz on your monitor you might want to cap a little higher.
