Make Pyke Like Zilean

Pyke's ultimate is strong because not only does it execute and reset, it essentially doubles the gold generated per kill. The strength of this advantage when used correctly seems to justify making the rest of his character weaker overall.

Why not let Pyke stash the gold he makes on champion kills, giving him the ability to transfer that gold to any champion in a channel, like when Zilean transfers experience? That way, Pyke doesn't generate extra gold by giving away a second kill bonus, but rather distributes his own kill gold to anyone, including himself, in a strategic way?

Too strong? Instead, if Pyke gets the kill, have him give the last assister full gold and Pyke takes assist gold. They just swap. That way, no matter who gets the killing blow, kill gold goes to the adc or jungle or whatever and he takes assist gold. That way he can freely steal killing blows while still funneling the carry gold.
