Okay so maybe a dumb question but...

Okay so let's say it's 30 mins in, the game is pretty even in terms of kills/objectives, it's really anyone's game at this point and you ace the enemy team after a team fight ... My personal opinion is that we should all keep pushing down the lane and get as many towers/inhibs as we can, death timers are long enough at that point where you can easily take a few towers and AT LEAST one inhib and maybe one (or both) nexus turrets. But for some reason, every time this happens in one of my games, we ace them by their inner turret, the jungler usually goes to grab dragon, another teammate goes to take enemy's red, someone else is recalling and before I know it, I'm like "guys...?" DONT get me wrong, I'm all for dragoning and/or taking enemy buffs but I feel like if we have a solid 30-45 seconds, we could take towers/inhibs THEN go dragon or baron or take buffs while enemy is defending. I mean, am I wrong? Because more often than not it seems like everyone would rather farm jungle or go heal when I see a huge opportunity to actually do something valuable with the time we have. Like... Even if just 4 of them are down that still basically gives our team free reign for the next 45 secs, so why go back to shop? Why take wraiths? Am I missing something?

Everytime you wipe an enemy team after 30mins you should be either getting towers, inhibs or Baron. Anything else is just throwing.

That's the disappointing thing sometimes, the best word to describe this is "kairos." If more players understood how to close out a game when they have the lead, then there wouldn't be any 45+ minute games. You are absolutely right, and sometimes, just putting in SOME damage is better than giving up and leaving. One thing I see though, is that if they are AT LEAST clearing jungle and taking dragon, then they are still preventing the enemy team the resources for a comeback. Hopefully, eventually your team will not have a dragon and enemy buff to steal so they just go for the turret instead;) All you can do as a single player is don't throw. Your teammates might, but if you don't die, it makes it harder for the enemy team to capitalize on the mistakes your teammates make.

tl;dr you right, they wrong, you do you homeskizzle

If the Jungler can solo Dragon, the buff is worth it. But the rest of the team? Towers and inhibs all the way. Anything less is just silly.

what i say in these kinds of events is "somebody go take dragon if up, go back if low, the rest push." Nobody listens anyways, but hey, im trying
