Good at other games like CS:GO and OW, but I suck at League

I've been playing multiplayer games for years and I usually get good enough at them to get a decent rank. I've been to Legendary Eagle Master in CS:GO, and I am currently playing Overwatch in the Diamond rank. What I don't get is how come I am okay at other games but I just can't grasp League of Legends. It is such a different game than OW and CS:GO and I am beginning to think I will never climb the ranks with it. I am a Bronze II and I have over 700 hours in the game. I started the game a few months ago and I play non-meta champions but people say it doesn't matter in bronze. So, I am wondering, am I bound to just be bad at this game? I am getting really discouraged that I will never grow, and I usually do in other games but there is just something different about League. It really gets me down that the game says I am in the lowest tier of rankings when I've put so many hours into it. This is coming from someone who also used to play StarCraft many years ago. So, do I just not understand the game and should give up? Is it not for everyone and only certain people are good? I'm just thinking about sticking to CS:GO and OW because I do well in those but just can't catch a break in league. Any advice and input would be helpful. Thanks for listening to my story.

This game has a huge learning curve. That's why only 8% of the players are plat and only 2% are diamond. Unlike Overwatch and CSGO League of legends is pretty much macro based and you have to use not only skill but also strategy to win games. I don't know what rank you are trying to go for but playing league at a diamond level is DEFINITELY not for everyone. You are going to be playing for at least 3 years before you can get past the diamond 5 shitter gate. Its full of these fucks that get to the lowest rank of diamond and don't want to work for anything more so they just play like whatever the fuck they want so you have to be significantly better than diamond 5 to get out.

Yeah but unlike the other 2 games, this one isn't a First-Person-Shooter. Of course you will suck a little when you change genres, no matter how good you are in the previous one. And because of the fundamental genre as well as individual's differences, a person may have different "potential" for different game genres, but shouldn't be too drastic assuming you don't go in with a negative mindset.

And really, just play, man. Or if you want a break, just give it one.

League has more fundamentals and macro rather then OW and CS:GO which are very micro/mechanics intensive with generally no more than 3 objectives to focus with tops. League is going to require a different mindset and set of habits to develop. Play the game for a while for fun maybe get some friends and decide if you actually like the game before trying for competition.

I'm trying to get at least high silver/low gold but even that seems impossible at this point. I am maybe looking to wait for the season reset so I can place at least silver in provisional. The game is too fun to give up at this point but I doubt my rank will get any higher than it is anytime soon. I can't really duo with anyone either because everyone on my friends list is in the same boat, I got someone who has over 2,000 hours logged but are still in Bronze I, so that kinda worries me as well.
