Veigar Change Idea

Riot seems to be pushing for Veigar to have a new identity as a zone control mage but has made very little work to have him actually WORK as a zone control mage. I believe that I have some ideas to help bring him into the light as a zone control mage who torments those caught in his cage.

1. Veigar's Q(Baleful Strike) passes through more units when it is fired through his E(event horizon).
2. Veigar's Baleful Strike gains bonus range upon passing through an event horizon wall(Similar to Jayce's Q-E interaction)
3. His W(Dark Matter) has a reduced delay when placed within his Event Horizon.
4. His Dark Matter May be recasted when placed within his Event Horizon.(May require some tuning to it's damage/cooldown)
5. His Event horizon provides his abilities bonus damage or an extra effect(such as a slow)

These ideas aside, I still would much rather have my old Veigar back.
