Unless a Karthus is on the enemy team that is, but Karthus has some hard counters in this situation. Even if Azir cannot kill the enemy champions, he can still kill enemy towers with his W as quickly as his finger and computer allow. Also, if this is the same as URF, this also means Zhonya's has no cool down so Azir can just use it every time Karthus uses R since it has a minimum down time equal to the ability's channel. Azir can outdash Fizz as well since Fizz's E has a minimum dash time somewhat since Fizz still has to wait for the dash to end to deal damage. Fizz's Q can also miss if the enemy dashes away or uses Flash if I recall, so Fizz's Q is nearly useless since Flash has no cool down.

would fire off a never ending chain of stuns and damage, even if was unkillable he would not be moveing anywhere. Plus at 4 seconds she could fire arrows at other champs every other moment and still have people perma stuned.
