Over 1k hours of Katarina. New Kat is easily the most fun, skill expressive, and unique version of Katarina. I could not be more happy with it.

I honestly agree she was more fun pre-rework, but good luck getting the boards to agree since a lot of people bitched the old Kata for being a "mash your face on the keyboard and get penta" champion.

Perhaps that was true but nothing gave me more pleasure then stalking just outside a major fight, waiting for that exact perfect moment to go in and chain-wipe the entire enemy team in the blink of an eye. With the delay on her W now and everything else they changed, she's more dependent on set-up/mechanics rather then timing and getting a penta with her is a far more clunky and slow affair then it used to be. While people who enjoy being rewarded for mastering more complex mechanics might like her rework, I personally don't since I enjoy playing champs that are fluid and intuitive to play over those that are centered around flaunting your skill.

You need a better reason than that. Rengar got the q revert cuz the new q is bad and some people want LeBlanc and talon ( this one is me ) because we think the old versions were better and have reasons for it.

I agree old kat was more fun new one is so slow and clunky. The thing is that most of the kat mains are used to new kat already and they prefer her now more :(
