Gangplank rework?

I have heard some things about gangplank being rework. Gangplank by far is my favorite champion in league, but he is weak in his current state. I would love to see a rework.

Well the only hint they gave us to it was "There will be more oranges".

And there is a massive bilgewater event coming sometime later, along with a new ARAM map skin, and a MF rework. Possibly more.

It's happening.

They're completely reworking E, and fine tuning his R. I believe Q and W are staying mostly the same.

I'd like to see a completely new passive. Grog Soaked Blade is just... dated, and not really well designed.

Yes! I just woke up to see this comment and In league a rework page. Thank you RITO!

His new "Powder Keg" ability looks annoying as hell to play against. I love it.
