Is the Match Making system in bronze broken?

My feelings are that there needs to be a tweak in the way players are matched up together. Just because they have the same ELO/MMR doesn't mean they have the same level of talent or ability. Players in bronze exhibit a huge difference in play level and it would only be fair if players were playing with others with the same level of play. maybe match people up with a combination or games played AND win rate %, and then if need be pick the next best player that fits the requirements. Also there has to be a way to somehow separate those players who are trending upwards towards silver and those who are trending downwards towards Bronze 5. Bronze is beginning to be tougher than gold and plat...

No...no it is not, Bronze is easy as crap, like if you can't get out of bronze, you deserve to be there, I'm sorry.

As for matchmaking, what you are asking for it literally impossible. Matchmaking will never be "good" because it is literally impossible for EVERYONE to always do well. You don't, I don't, no one does. That one game where you get players going like 1/12 the next they go like 12/1, it is just that one game where they do poorly, you think matchmaking is shit, but you think it is perfect when you have a perfect team, but in turn, the opposite players now think the same.

Edit: For God's sakes, when you are going 1/7 on Annie, 5/22 on Nunu, and 4/17 On Tahm Kench, how are you going to QQ and say matchmaking is broken?

In some cases, I would say it isn't easy. You cannot carry the whole team every time and the game wasn't meant to be played that way. Its a team game. When your team is new, or has no idea how to play from a strategic standpoint, you will lose. Regardless of how good you do. There is no I in team and anyone who thinks otherwise is naive. I created a post on reporting trolls because that alone can be a reason for being stuck in bronze. Your comment on, if you cannot get out, you belong there, is the most ignorant thing Ive heard. Please consider other situations and give some players the benefit of the doubt that they aren't just sucking. Sometimes, you get 3 grps with afk's thats 60 LP lost.

I have done it multiple times, I have been able to do it on multiple smurfs, that climb from bronze to silver is the most fun thing ever. I can take things like ADC TF, top lane Taric and mid lane Xin Zhao and carry games nearly 1 vs 5 because no one down there honestly knows what they are doing, so yes, it REALLY is that easy to do.

That is why you create situations where you can. You snowball so far ahead that you can 1 vs 2 and after a while, they will figure out what they need to do, bronze or not.

Bullshit it is. You do not get trolls in 51% of your games in bronze, and I know from personal experience that you don't. Trolls alone won't keep you in bronze, they might help prolong your stay unfairly at times, but if you are good, you will get out.

No, no it really isn't. I have seen players who buy chalice on Draven, CS poor as shit, and have no idea what map control is think they deserve higher, they don't, and if you are in bronze 4/5 and can't leave, I'm vehement in believing you aren't ready to go higher.

And I do, I can attest to losing games from trolls, losing games to afks, losing games to things out of my range, we have all been there. HOWEVER, it doesn't happen in enough of my games where I couldn't get out of bronze...multiply times. I can take any bronze account and be out in 12 hours, it REALLY isn't that hard and if you once again can't get out, you don't understand the game enough to deserve to get out.

Lawl nigga when you get into plat the level of play and skill is so different among players its sad.

more on the intellect of the game than mechanics

also you get players who duo up with low gold's in plat so you get this unbalanced team and in bronze you can only duo with someone higher so you have higher chances to win if you know what you're doing
