Dynamic vs. Solo Queue

Getting four man groups that do nothing but bitch 1 minute into the game is getting old. I know your working on a solo queue, I say that lightly as you have made many promises that have gone nowhere. However this is not only destroying queue times from solo players having to wait forever as a solo player, while people just continuously jump on their freelo teams and go up the ranks that should be worked for. Our rank should feel like something we worked for, our rank is our reward for doing well, why should those who happen to have a few smurf friends or 4 whole people carrying them have the same rank as someone that has been doing it on their own?
