LeaverBuster Compromise

I feel the leaverbuster system is gonna be a drawback on league of legends this is why cause halo reach tryed to implement a baning system for leavers and it cost them in sales and in players for the simple fact that being ban for going to do something is just annoying to all players instead of leaverbuster you could just simply make it were every time you leave a game you lose ip that alone is enough to convince players to stop afking and leaving not this annoying system thats just gonna end up driving away sales on league of legends please consider this compromise to this problem.
