Any Tech Wiz's able to explain my low fps?

I run around 180fps average with occasional drops to 130 on only high settings and I feel like my build is pretty solid and should be getting way more fps. Any ideas?

Your complaining about your 180 fps while im sitting here with 60fps with highest settings....
