Deep Terror Nami1 votesRibbons are not gained by reaching a flat amount of Honors, but by getting them consistently. In other words, if you get 100 Honorable Opponent Honors in 30 games you'll be a lot closer to the ribbon than if you got 100 in 100 games. There is no specific number anyone can give you to estimate how many you need to get, as Riot keeps that to themselves.
