Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Hello good people of the forums. Today, I have become desperate enough to bring my issue here. I know I will probably get a lot of hate for this but I have nowhere else to turn. I believe myself to be in elo hell. Now, I don't come without any proofs as to why I believe this, so let's get right into it. For about a week and a half to two weeks now, my teams have honestly and truly been the worst I have ever seen that are supposedly the same skill level as I. My games, at least most of the one's I lose, are so unbelievably uneven that it's ridiculous. Now, understand when I say I don't believe I should be winning all of my games, I am not saying that I play perfect and make no mistakes, but what I am saying is that if i had to guess, at least 8/10 games I lose there's nothing I can do to win. Most games I win nowadays I have to carry extremely hard. but if you look at my ranked matches, slowly over time my scores have even been declining because my teams are getting worse and worse. Something most people use to disprove the existence of elo hell is the fact that they say there is one player throwing, trolling, feeding etc, but that is not the case. In most of my games, my other laners are simply picking extremely poorly, losing hard, and just flat out making bad decisions. I have replays of most of my games and if you would like to see, maybe explain to me what i'm doing wrong, i'd would greatly appreciate the support.

One thing i've tried to solve this issue of losing over and over, is duo queue. For a while, it had been working pretty well, but most recently, even it has stopped working, my teammates (not the duo), have gotten even worse. This is honestly getting ridiculous, please help.

To conclude I would like to make one last thing clear. I do not believe I should be diamond, not even high platinum, but I do believe I at least deserve high gold or low platinum.

Summary: I believe myself to be in elo hell, not just one teammate is bad, trolling, etc, I have tried duo queueing and it makes my team's even worse. Simply look over my stats, you will see the gradual decline. I am begging for an answer.

(Also i'm not sure where I should post this, simply correct me if I post in the wrong board)

Edit: This might also be an important factor, when I play ranked 5's, recently me and some friends played a full platinum team, I performed very well, the game was very long and we came back from a 15k gold deficit, this is just another thing that makes me confident in the fact that my skills are actually at my level if not most likely higher. (I can always perform in 5's)

2nd Edit: If I reply to your comment, it's not because i'm trying to be rude, I will be using everything and anything you guys give me to try, i might just be asking for a more thorough of an explanation, don't take it as an argument, i'm simply trying to have a conversation to fix my problem.
