Trolls in pregame

4 out of 6 of my ranked ranked games tonight were super trolled before the game even started. People revealed that they didn't care about the outcome of the game by things they said and the roles they picked. Even when the rest of the team voiced their concerns they still got to play their game and ruin the real game for the rest of us. I dodged 2 of these pregame harassment's, after I was yelled at for taking a role that I had called and selected in typical draft etiquette, and now I have to pay with queue blocks and lost lp, which I would rather take over having to struggle through a wasted 20 minutes at minimum. The worst thing out of all this they are playing right now and I don’t get to do anything. They get to play on as whatever they wanted to do before someone else took mid because they harassed enough to get someone to dodge.

I heard a rumor of a pregame report system and that people who cause people to dodge end up getting a ranked ban. I figure it's probably tied with post game reporting, but really why do we have to wait a whole game when someone starts cursing you out in the pregame? It's a waste of more lp and time than anything and I end up leaving the games exhausted from the toxicity. What can be done about this?
