Cull too strong?
After playing a few game on the PBE as an ADC i started my lane with the new item Cull and really the only downside to the item that I've seen is the lack of HP like D-Blade gives. The 3 life on hit is MORE than an early game D-Blade gives (3% lifesteal would require 100 AD to restore 3 life) and on top of that the passive of the item of after getting 100 cs you get an additional 300g? Most gold to diamond players will be hitting that at 14 minutes and making their powerspike even harder. Didn't get that early kill in lane for 300g, don't worry, we've got your crutch right here!
I just feel like the item itself needs some tuning, most people wont like the idea but add more AD and remove the on hit health restore, that additional hp restore early game is better than lifesteal early on and the passive outshines D-Blade.
