As with any social ploy, timing and circumstance is key:
If your lane opponent starts tilting because you outplay them, reply with, "Do you need a hug?" while still in game ... not so much humorous or enraging, but it will throw anyone with emotional insecurities off their game. (A more positive use of this is to simply wait until post game chat to say so).
If your jungler gets fed off of ganks, start typing the following:
"Jungle main Jungle main Does whatever your jungle can't Ganks a lane, any time Steals dragon with their smite Look out! Here comes the jungle main"
