Why riot hates ranked silver-gold

Honestly i have played league of legends since mid season 1, I loved this game but seriously recently like the past year or so i have realized riot does not care at all about fixing ranked ques i have played 10 games today and two of those games didn't have people rushing in dyeing one verse five. Riot why do you do nothing about lower ranked ques its a simple fix MAKE IT HARDER TO QUALIFY FOR RANKS!.....yes make the poor bronze players who only play to either troll or ruin someones day or "practice" a champion cry make them actually take ranks seriously. I don't know about the majority of the ranked league community but I for one would like it to be people who actually playing ranks because they are experienced in not only a decent amount of champions but also decent at the basics yes riot............THE BASICS many, many games i have played where people had no idea not to go in two against five .......I do hope riot takes this even as a hint to look at their lower bracket ranked players/requirements i mean REALLY look at it.
