New gangplank is terrible old one was better riot please fix

His laneing against tanks is awfull he doesnt do any dmg early game barely anything is mid game and why is his ult ap still he shoots a flair to order his ship to fire no way that is magical just you guys mest up so bad. (sorry for all spelling mistakes not a good speller)
