Mikael's Crucible update

Hey guys, I just played a game as support and I noticed that Mikael's Crucible ( ) is not working on Zoe's E. I'm not sure is it bug or it really can't remove Drowsy effect?
if it's not working, I think Riot should do something about it cause we really need something to counter it or we have to play Morgana for Black Shield [sg-zephyr]
