Should I buy Ahri? Is she worth the ip?
Im a player that seeks to expand his champion cache. Title speaks 
and also if there any champion that can carry in top and mid lane please suggest.

she has statistically a pretty high winrate in the mid lane, but she is not exactly top competitive meta, which shouldn't bother you unless you play 5v5 competitive anyway, overall she is a very good soloq mid

RisenDarkKnight2 votesYes definitely. She is an extremely safe pick, and therefore she is consistently one of the highest winrate mids, simply because she tends to die very little due to her extreme safety.
She also has good matchups into immobile champions like 
who you can dive on and assassinate with her ult. She is great at making picks and roaming.
Her teamfight is somewhat mediocre unless you are fed, but it's not bad.
