Clubs may be bugging the client

Everytime I go into queue my client freezes up then unfreezes after a few seconds after the afk check match accept pops up my client freezes and I never see it I only hear the sound so I cant accept matches and im getting queue penalties because of it please check into it riot its bothersome Q.Q
