Riot pls nerf garen

For the love of god nerf garen. Every game theres a garen he 1. does the most damage in the game 2. never dies, takes a whole team to kill him 3. the true damage ult kills an adc at half hp 4. mixed with dead mans plate you can never catch him and if you do he will just take no damage and run away or just turn and kill somebody by pressing e and r. Why make such an easy champion this incredibly broken. I played jax the other day against a garen and couldnt duel against him at all, even when i got armor. He would do 1/2 my hp before i could even get 2 autos and a w and both those abilities would just tickle his hp with no armor. Maybe lowering his base armor would help a bit but even then he still does an insane amount of damage with just a black cleaver. Playing adc isnt even worth while or fun anymore.

you played against 1 garen in your last 10 games. it was the only one at all in your match history. he didnt even have dead mans plate and youre complaining that you cant deal with him as ezreal.

jax is very much able to duel garen.

you have more mobility than him, an inbuilt stun, and counterstrike reduces his spin damage since its an aoe ability. if you fight him in your own creeps his spin damage is reduced by 25%. if he spins on you while counterstrike is running (another minus 25% damage) he should barely scratch you.

you probably didnt use your abilities to full effectiveness and just auto attacked him while sitting in his spin. thats the only way i can explain how you lost.

otherwise you have 2 options to dodge or reduce his spin damage (either leap strike out of it, or hit e), then fight him when judgement is on cooldown.

In the last 10 games there was only 1 where there was a garen, but in the last 20 there has been maybe 5 or 6 i'd have to actually count im just going off memory. Regardless, going against him as jax was impossible. I tried all of the options you mentioned, e'ing his e to reduce damage or fighting in the minions. Still seemed like his damage output was far more then mine. I didnt give up any kills pre 6 but as soon as he hit six it was the easiest kill anyone could get. Just e'd me for the full duration (most of it was in minons) then q'd auto attacked then ulted for the rest. I wasnt even able to bring him to half using everything. I even had armor items. Yes his ult is magic damage and percent missing hp i know. I feel like at least base armor should be reduced.
