Hi guys,

Recently in path 5.23, zed has his W range increased from 600 to 700. Sure it is helpful when using the 'I caught Ashe alone combo' W+W+faceroll because of the increased gap-closing ability, but does it really help Zed's laning phase. If you think about his W+E+Q combo at max range, W + E range used to be 600 + 290 = 890, so you can land 2 Q's from your location at 900 range. Post 'buff', The W+E range is 700 + 290 = 990 so I think the Q should be 1000 range (i.e. get 100 range buff so you can land 2 Q's from max range.

TLDR; I think Zed Q needs 100 range buff to match his W range buff for double Q's in laning phase.

Nah, not really. Sometimes, your W will land behind them now and you will have them trapped. Or it will land right on top of them and with the slow, you can hit both. They must be really far away to only hit one and in thos cases, you never go for a full combo anyway.
